I’m Eric, a licensed psychotherapist and the founder of Lagom Healing. I’ve spent over 15 years working with individuals who feel pulled in different directions—mentally, emotionally, and practically—and want to find a clearer, more grounded way forward.
In my work, I’m known for helping people reshape what feels scattered.
Sometimes that’s overthinking without clarity.
Others it’s burnout, or putting too much energy into one area of life while the rest falls off.
Maybe it’s the sense that you’ve lost your footing, even if nothing is obviously “wrong.”
That’s where we begin.
My approach focuses on reconnecting the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and actions—so your decisions feel clearer, your habits more supportive, and your life more balanced.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about understanding what’s working, what isn’t, and creating a way forward that feels sustainable and aligned with your values.
